By purchasing products from Sterling Lighting you are agreeing to our Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
Product Installation
- Line voltage: Buyer must use a qualified electrician.
- Sterling Lighting is not responsible for improper installation
- Products may not be modified with non Sterling Lighting products or materials
- Buyer is responsible for abiding by local laws and national electric code
- Seller is not responsible for information used on this site. All information is for informational purposes only.
Typographical Errors
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event Sterling-Lighting.com cancels an order that has been charged, buyer's credit card will be refunded for the amount charged.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law; Validity. The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Complete Agreement
This contract contains the final and entire agreement and understanding between the Parties and is the complete and exclusive statement of its terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sterling-Lighting.com and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
